At present, there is an unbalanced system of teachers working in physical institution of Guangdong Colleges. The teachers who come from Guangdong and other provinces take 78% and 16% of the whole number respectively and Most of the teachers graduated from the Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education and Sports Science, South China Normal University, rates were 53% and 18%.
