Astigmatismstatusinvestigationandanalysisin7-12YearsoldschoolchildreninGuangxiABSTRACTObjective:Throughtheanalysisoftherefractivestatusofschoolageof7-12yearsoldchildreninGuangXiDistrict,understandthediseasesituation,thedevelopmentregularityofastigmatisminchildren,andotherrelationshipbetweentherefractiveerrorandthedifferencesofcomparisonbetweenzhuang,Han.Methods:Theresearchobjectfromarandomsamplingbased6446intheprojectTheStudyofthepredictionandreasonablecorrectionofchildrenmyopiaagedbetween7and12.,including2669girls,3777boys.AdoptinternationalstandardsEwordeyeeyesight,GermanchildrenPlusoptix09typeautomaticrefractometermeasuringrefractivestatus.Byprofessionalophthalmologist,optometristandophthalmologygraduatesectionaftereyes,eyeposition,anteriorandposteriorsegmentcheck,refractive,visionandcontrastsensitivitytests.Results:Therighteye,respectivelywith≥0.50D,≥0.75D,≥1.00Dasastigmatismastigmatisminclusioncriteria,school-agechildrenaged7-12wererespectively52.6%,26.7%,14.6%.In≥0.50Dasastigmatismastigmatisminclusioncriteria,7~9yearsold,10~12yearsoldintwoagegroupswererespectively49.9%,55.2%,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificantdetectionrateofthetwogroups(χ2=17.738,P0.01).Beforetheageof9withcompoundhyperopiaastigmatism,mixedastigmatism,fromtheageof9withcompoundmyopicastigmatism;Shunrule,againsttherule,obliquedetectionrateswere53.3%,17.7%,28.8%;light,medium,heavythreedegreesofastigmatismsuitablerulesintheproportionis51.9%,65.9%and71.1%respectively;zhuangthreeastigmatismdegreedetectionrate46.8%,4.6%and0.8%,respectively,thehannationalityare46.6%,5.5%and46.6%respectively;Therewasnosignificantdifferencesbychi-squaretest.Mydriaticastigmatismdiopteraroundeyeswerehigherthanmydriaticfirst,bypairedt-test,withsignificantdifference.Theaveragerefractiveeyeastigmatismdegreeis0.54±0.58,0.66±0.65left,thetwohavedifferences,thereisaveryhighcorrelation(r=0.58,P0.001).Astigmatismeyelight,heavy,inthreedegreedetectionrateswere57.2%,7.1%,1.2%,46.7%,4.9%respectively;therighteye,0.9%eyes,distributi
