institutionalcauseongroupconflict.Thesegivemystudyasteadystandandaclearthinking.Secondly,basedonliteraturereadingandfieldsurvey,especiallyseveraltimescommunicatewithofficialsandland-deprivedfarmers,itshowsthatacountrygroupconflictonlandexpropriationbylocalgovernmentinGuangxiisoneofthecontradictionsamongthepeopleoninterests,agroupdevianceandaharmfulsocialconflict.Standonthesejudgments,thispapergivessevenreasonsofgroupconflictsonGuangxi’slandexpropriation,theseinclude:1)adistancebetweensocialexpectationandlocalgovernment’scondition,itreflectedonthedifferentpursuitofinterestsamongdifferentgradeofgovernment,government’slegitimacycrisisofinterests,offsidefunctionandrolereversal,absentarbitrator,differentiationbetweenofficialsself-cognitionandsocialexpectation,andthecomplexstatus.2)divisionofinterestsbymightyinterestssubjects,itcontainsthreefactors,theunbalancebetweensupplierandbeneficiary,awidecompensationrange,avulnerablepositionoffarmers;3)thegovernment’suncompromisingstandonabsolutestability;4)immaturitymethodoflandexpropriation,itmainlyfromthesecauses:theunclearcoreconceptionsbutlocalgovernmentareunconcernedtodefinitethem,faultpreparation,multipledepartmentsinvolvedandthedisorderedrelationshipbetweenpowerandresponsibility,faultyallocation,absentresponsibility,etc;5)farmers’repellence,asthelowcompensationisdeviatefromthemarketprice,doublesubstanceandspiritsshortagefromthedepreciatorycompensation,relyonlandprotection,traditionalmodeofthinkingandapursuitofjustice;6)anrestrictedexpression,asfarmersrefusetostartlegalproceedings,arestrictedexpressionmechanismanditrestrictsfarmers’rightsclaiming,atthesametime,someland-deprivedfarmerspayexcessiveattentionontheirpersonalbenefits;7)ashortageresource,itleadtonotonlyimperfectmeasuresofcompensationandallocation,butalsoalackstaminaofthedevelopment.Aboveall,thesereasonsleadtothecountrygroupconflictsonlandexpropriationareoffrequentoccurrenceinGuangxi.BasedonathoroughexpatiationaboutthecausesofGuangxi’scountrygroupconflictsonlandexpr
