摘要排球普修课作为体育教育专业的主干课程之一，在体育院系的教学中占有 重要地位。科学合理的排球普修课程体系是体育教育专业实现培养目标的重要 手段，随着培养方案的不断调整，学科课程逐步增加，学术课程逐步减少，排 球普修课的教学时数也在逐步减少。广州市作为一个体育教育大城市，排球普 修课在新形势下如何适应基础教育改革，如何适应社会发展的需求，是我市乃 至全国体育教育工作者急需解决的问题。本文采用问卷调查法，文献资料法，数理统计法，逻辑分析法等，对广州 市体育教育专业排球普修课的教学现状进行了调查研究，并根据当前改革形势 对我省排球普修课的教学改革作了分析讨论。研究表明：基础教育改革推动了 排球普修课教学改革的发展，也给排球普修课带来了机遇和挑战。当前排球普 修的教学内容体系和教学方法体系适应不了基础教育改革发展的需要。教学内 容单调，虽然注重排球教学的基础性和典型性特点，但没有特色，同时忽视学 生的能力培养；教学方法与手段陈旧，对现代教育技术的应用率偏低；考核与 评价只注重学生对排球基本运动知识与技术的掌握，忽视对学生能力的考核， 考核评价的方法和评价主体单一，一般以终结性评价和教师评价为主，忽视了 学生的个体差异；体育师资队伍的年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构比较合理， 硕士、博士学历的教师在逐步增加，促进了教学和科研水平的提高发展，有利 于课程教学改革的深化；依据研究结果，结合当前国内外体育教育专业课程改革的现状和发展趋势， 并根据现代社会发展对人才的要求，对广州市体育教育专业排球普修课程改革 提出以下建议：加强排球课程内容的开发，优化教学内容；注重学生能力的培 养和发展；重视教学方法和手段的改革与创新：完善考核体系；加强师资队伍 建设，提高教师综合素质。关键词：体育教育专业；排球普修；教学现状；对策ABSTRACTVolleyball Elementary Course as one of the main course of physical education plays an important role in the teaching of Physical Education Department.
