摘 要体育健身俱乐部作为一种新的体育组织形式,是一个地区、一个城市、乃至 一个国家经济发展和社会进步的标志,也是先进文化的一种反映。对广州市经营 性乒乓球俱乐部现状进行研究,在满足科学健身,推进广州市乒乓球体育产业发 展,完善乒乓球俱乐部体系等具有重要意义。本论文采用问卷调查、专家访谈等 方法,通过对广州市经营性乒乓球俱乐部的发展现状及存在的主要问题进行分 析,提出相关对策建议,为广州市乒乓球俱乐部的发展提供借鉴。研究结果显示:(1)广州市经营性乒乓球俱乐部的发展已经初具规模,经营规模以中型为主;区 位布局以在商业区为主。(2)广州市经营性乒乓球俱乐部经营方式多样,以会员 制为主;投资主体呈多元化的发展趋势,以个体投资、社会集资组建为主;俱乐 部经营效益普遍较好,其中以盈利与持平略余占绝大多数,经营管理者对俱乐部 发展前景普遍看好。(3)广州市经营性乒乓球俱乐部教练员呈年轻化趋势,兼职 教练较多,多数为体育院校毕业;对酬金满意度普遍不高;主要依靠自学提高综 合能力。(4)广州市经营性乒乓球俱乐部消费者的消费方式普遍为会员形式;消 费动机多样;制约消费者消费的因素复杂。(5)广州市经营性乒乓球俱乐部存在 的问题包括:行业管理体制不健全;经营管理队伍综合素质不高;连锁经营程度 低;场地利用率偏低;教练员从业资格认定混乱;部分消费者消费意识不强等。 关键词:乒乓球俱乐部;经营性;现状;问题;对策ABSTRACTPingpong clubs is a kind of new sports organization form, a reflection of economic development and social progress of a area , a city, even a national , also a representative of advanced culture. Studying on current situation of Guangzhou commercial pingpong clubs is of importance in satisfying scientific pingpong, pushing forward Guangzhou sports development, perfecting pingpong market system. Adopting methods of questionnaire investigation, expert interview etc. this paper submitted relevant countermeasures and suggestions by analyzing current situation and problems that in the development of Guangzhou commercial pingpong clubs, provided references for its development. Research results showed the followings: First, most commercial pingpong clubs in Guangzhou are medium-sized, and their distribution is comparatively rational. The primary managing forms of clubs are membership systems, and the owners of commercial pingpong clubs get a lot benefits. Second, the teaching methods of the pingpong coaches of commercial pingpong clubs in Guangzhou are various. Their rewards are relatively lower, and they mainly improve their abilities by self-learning. Third, the consumption pattern of consumers of Guangzhou commercial pingpong clubs is common member form. Their motivations are various, and factors of constraining the consumption are complex. Fourth, problems of the comme
