摘要自 20 世纪末期以来，市场经济、知识经济、高等教育日益大众化和国际化、 信息化和网络化，人类的发展和学习渠道日益多样化等方面都对我国高等教育 事业的发展提供了良好的契机，同时也对高等教育提出了更高的要求。社会发 展的变化要求重新审视现行高校的教学管理制度，体育也不例外。而近三十年 来，民办高等学校的迅速发展，学生人数日益增加，其高校学校体育现状如何， 更值得深入研究。本文通过查阅以往文献资料，在归纳整理的基础上，对目前民办高校的教育 和体育教育进行了详尽分析综述，并提炼出本文的基本研究点：研究探讨广州 市民办高校学校体育的现状，采取了访谈调查和问卷调查两种方式对广州市 19 所民办高等学校的学校体育现状进行调查研究。最后，结合自身优势，以广州 科技职业技术学院为个案，在前期调查的基础上进行更加深入分析研究。发现 目前广州市民办高等学校体育在教师队伍、场地设施、课程设置、教师科研等 方面存在着一定问题。其中最为明显的就是师资自身条件无法满足日益膨胀的 学生需求，多数年轻教师工作任务重而薪酬待遇低，造成了教师流动性较大， 进而进一步造成了师资紧张的恶性循环，常此以往，很难保证相应的教育质量。针对以上情况，本文在认真分析原因后提出了“优化教师队伍”、“建立健全 体育场地管理制度”、“鼓励创新设置体育教育教学新思路”、“建立健全教师教 学、训练和科研激励机制”等相关建议，以期对广州市民办高校学校体育发展 现状提供一定参考和帮助。关键词：广州市；民办高校；学校体育；现状ABSTRACTSince the late twentieth Century, provides a good opportunity in developing of market economy and knowledge economy.
