摘要媒介与女性的研究属于传播学、社会学和女性主义的交叉研究领域，是一个 新兴的研究领域，也是一块边缘性研究领域。对该问题的关注与探索，既是社会 科学理论发展的需要，也是以人为本的社会文明程度提高的体现，因而具有理论 与实践的双重价值与意义。本论文广州市女性体育新闻工作者的现状研究属于媒介与女性研究的一个 分支。本文尝试将“社会性别视角”理论引入到女性体育新闻工作者的研究领域， 分析女性体育新闻工作者的现状及其成因，依托社会学、女性主义和体育新闻传 播的相关理论，综合运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、文献资料法、实地调查法等 研究方法，在对广州市女性体育新闻工作者现状的深入调查基础上，探讨原因并 提出改善的对策和建议。论文第一部分主要从选题的现实依据和理论依据两方面来阐述笔者做此研 究的原因，并对体育类媒体、社会性别、刻板印象等相关概念进行界定。论文主 体是第二章和第三章，其中，前一章通过调查问卷从基本情况、对男女平等的主 观感受等七个方面来分析目前广州市女性体育新闻工作者的现状，后一章在问卷 分析的基础上，对目前存在的问题做出个人的判断与思考，并提出改进的意见和 对策。本研究以广州市女性体育新闻工作者为研究对象，文章主要采用问卷调查 法，调查涉及到的广州新闻单位共有 11 家，基本上涵盖了整个广州新闻界。调查截至日期为 2006 年 6 月 12 日。关键词： 广州市；女性体育新闻工作者；现状；对策ABSTRACTThe research of media and female belongs to the overlapping research area of dissemination, sociology and the feminine principle.This research about present situation of Guangzhou City female sports news worker belongs to a branch of the media and female studies. This paper will attempt to introduce the perspective of social sex theory to the research area of feminine sports news workers, and analyze the present situation of feminine sports news workers and its the origin. This paper depends on sociology, feminine principle and the sports news dissemination theory, and uses the questionnaire survey, the expert interview, and literature research technique and on-the-spot investigation to investigate the Guangzhou female sports news workers present situation. Based on the investigation, this paper tries to discuss countermeasures to improve the present situation of feminine sports news worker.The first part of this paper mainly deals with the literature material summary; explains the background of selecting this topic, and defines the concept such as sports media, social sex and so on.
