摘要2010 年广州亚运会新建了 12 个比赛场馆，广州亚运会、亚残运会圆满落幕 后，如何利用好亚运遗产，尤其是利用好亚运场馆成为广大市民关注的焦点。 体育场馆赛后利用是世界性难题，亚运场馆赛后利用不仅面临如何提供体育公 共服务的问题，还面临创新亚运场馆管理模式，搭建体育产业发展平台，拓宽 全民健身空间的问题。《广州市经济社会发展第十二个五年规划》、《中共广州市 委、广州市人民政府关于进一步加快体育产业发展的意见》、《广州市全民健身 条例》的颁布实施，为亚运场馆赛后利用提供了良好的政策条件，也对亚运场 馆赛后利用提出了更高要求。本研究通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、个案分析和数理统计等研究 方法，主要从赛后需求和赛后的主要活动两个方面对广州亚运会新建体育场馆 的现状进行分析，并对影响广州亚运会新建体育场馆赛后利用的主要因素进行 分析，结合广州国际体育演艺中心的个案分析对广州亚运会新建体育场馆赛后 利用的对策进行思考，得出以下结论:1、广州亚运会新建体育场馆赛后的主要活动为举办大型体育赛事、承办商 业表演、举办大型宣传会展活动、发展旅游业和作为训练和健身基地。其中广 州国际体育演艺中以商业表演为主利用的较好，海珠体育中心则发展成为全民 健身中心。2、影响广州亚运会新建体育场馆赛后利用的主要因素是：选址问题；过度 投资带来的问题；体育场馆经营管理水平低，缺乏人才，影响发展速度；建筑 形式难以适应转换后场地资源的多样化经营；场馆难以得到合理充分有效的利 用；场馆资源面临巨大的后续维护费用的威胁。3、广州国际体育演艺中心在赛后利用上充分发挥资源优势，紧扣体育与演 艺的主题，通过商业开发吸引消费人流，综合开发利用，打造一批积极健康的 文化体育节目来提供符合观众口味的精神食粮，在满足观众的精神需求的同时， 创造良好经济效益，实现了社会效益和经济效益的统一。关键词：广州亚运会；体育场馆；赛后利用ABSTRACTGuangzhou Asian games have build 12 new venues, When the Guangzhou Asian games ended, how to make good use of Asian heritage, especially the use of Asian games venues as the general public and the focus of attention at home and abroad.
