关键词:织金磷矿;胶磷矿;白云石;反浮选;机理AbstractPhosphorusistheimportantrawmaterialofagriculture,withthe fastdevelopment ofeconomyinourcountry, thedemandforphosphorusresourceisexpanding,andtheresourceisreducingconstantly,especiallyhigh-gradephosphoriteresources,sothemedium-lowgradephosphateoreisinpressingneedofstudiesondevelopmentandutilization.Xinhuarare-earths-bearingphosphoriteminingareainZhijinofGuizhouprovinceisaverylargeandcomprehensivedepositthatcontainsbothrareearthsandphosphateore,thephosphoriteorereservesisapproximately1.3billionton,ofwhichtheprovedindustrialreseresofdolomiticphosphoriterockthatcontainsrareearthsbiologicaldebrisis0.5billionton,whichaccountsformorethan90%ofthereservesofdolomiticphosphoriterockoftheentireminingarea.RationaldevelopmentandutilizationofZhijinmedium-lowgradephosphoriteresourcescancertainlypromotesustainabledevelopment,andenhancethe comprehensiveutilizationoftheresourcesaswell,whichisofgreatimportanceinpromotingsustainabledevelopmentofChinasphosphateindustry.Thispapermainlystudiesthemedium-lowgradeofrare-earths-bearingphosphoriteinzijinarea,onthebasisofstudyonorematerialcomposition,puremineralandrealoreflotationtestswerecarriedoutinordertostudytheseparatebetweencollophaniteanddolomite,andobtainedcompatibleprocess;then,themechanismofflotationagentandmineralwasstudiedbythecontactAngle,theZetapotentialmeasurementandinfraredspectroscopicanalysis.Testingmeanssuchaschemicalanalysismethods,X-raydiffractionandopticalmicroscopywereusedinthemineralogicalresearch,resultsshowsthatthecontentofP2O5inthefeedis23.78%,andMgOis6.01%,thecontentofP2O5inthefeedmostlyexistsinthe collophanite,occupying99.46%,andthemainrecoveredmineraliscollophaniteinthisore.Inthepuremineralflotationtests,itdiscussestheeffectofthedifferentpHvalue,inhibitorstypesanddosage,collectorconsumptionincollophanite—dolomitesystemofseparating,andresultsshowsthatseparationeffectisbetterofcollophanite-dolomitebyusingWSPasdepressor,whichthedosagerangeis1.67~3.33m3/L,andZWascollector,whichthedosageis
