AbstractItis not onlya socialideal to builda harmonious socialist society,achieve social harmonyandconstructabettersocietythathumanareworkinghardat,butalsothegoalof governingandadministrationthatthe4thCentralCommitteeofthe16thNPCputforward.In ordertobuildaharmonioussocialist,firstofall ，weneedtoimprovethesocialistlegalsystem,givingfullplaytotheimportantruleoflawinpromoting,realizingandprotecting socialharmony.Asanationalinterventionintheeconomytoovercomethemarketfailureand governmentfailure,EconomicLawplaysaspecialroleinbuildingaharmonioussociety. Fromahistoricalperspective,Chinaseconomicdevelopmenthasexperiencedahighly centralizedsystemofslaveryandfeudaleconomyandcentralizedplannedeconomicsystem, lackingofmarketeconomicsbase,thustheeconomicfreedomofeconomicsubjectis relativelyscarce.Withthedeepeningofeconomicreform,marketeconomyhasgainedgreat development,however,becauseofhistorical,institutional,andmanyotherreasons,thereare somedeep-seatedproblemsinthecurrentdevelopmentofChinasmarketeconomy.Alotof workneedstobedoneforthemarketeconomytheoreticalresearchandpracticaltoexplore, especiallyinthepremiseoftheconceptofharmony,improvingtheoreticalresearchon practicalbase.Inthispaper,itissureofdeterminingthevalueofharmonyasabasicconcept toexplorethecountrycareintervention,linkingthestateinterventionwithharmonyconcept, whichmakesthecountrycarefulintheinterventionvolumeanddegree.Itistheauthor’s contributiontotheoreticalresearchandleadsmorescholarstomakeagreatercontributionto thetheoryofthemarketeconomywithstateinterventionontheconceptofharmonious development, so this theorybecomesanincreasinglyrational system.Inaddition to the Introduction and Conclusion, the full text is divided into fiveparts.Thefirstpart:“Thegeneraltheoryofstateintervention.”Itintroducestheriseofstate interventionandhistoricalchanges.Becauseofhistoricalreasons,itmainlydescribestheriseanddevelopmentofwesterncountriesintervention,referringtoChinasstateinterventionbriefly.Stateinterventioninthe modernsensebega
