AbstractThe enterprice’ logistic cost is very high and the engineering agility is very low,then the efficiency of the power supply chain is low.Grid material supply has been in “wonderful things sell themselves”for many years.But with the reforming of electric power and markert competition increasing,the market that state grid facing is from monopoly market to competitive market and Electric power equipment manufacturers /the third party logistics company become more and more important to the grid enterprice.Esablishing cooperation partnership with other companies in the supply chain will help sloving many problems that grid company facing ,such as costing is too high/engineering agility problem.So grid company is tring to use the supply chain thought in logistic management.Froming the situation of the study,many scholars research the procurement procedures and supplier management in logistics with the suppy chain,but no one details power supply chain and grid logistics system.This paper detailed analysis power supply chain and grid logistics system. Basing on the understanding the operation of powersupply chain and grid logistics system,focused on the resecrch of demand plan、storageand distribution that in grid logistic which is paid little attention to.The paper elaborates these link’ operation and finds the problems in these segment,trying using the informationsharing、overall the optimal and logistics integration to slove the problems that gridfacing.Using the mathematical model test and verify my optimization logistics.Logistics improvement in grid is in the exploration statement.There is many work we can do to adapt to the new electric power environment with supply chain.I hope this paper can slove urgently need in probems withing supply chain thougt.And at the same time,inspiring more and more scholars studing power logistics.Key words: Power supply chainGrid logisticsOptimize logistics目录摘要.....................................................................
