In the competitive time, the competition is not only between enterprise and enterprise, but in the supply chain. All members in upstream and downstream of supply chain should consider the profit of supply chain for priority. And they should give consideration to quality、speed and elasticity in order to enhance competitive advance. Therefore, it is very hurry to know how to use the information system to integrate the supply chain that can arise competitive advance. This research is based on the issues of the Management of Supply Chain. We will use the “personnel interview” method to discuss the whole supply chain of KOHIKAN Co., Ltd. The main purposes of this research are as follows: 1. To have the SWOT Analysis and Five Forces about KOHIKAN. 2. To comprehend the using state of supply chain in KOHIKAN. Abstract 3. To discuss the MRP, MPS and Inventory Management of KOHIKAN. 4. To discuss how does the relative information system of supply chain help KOHIKAN to integrate the external and internal effectively. We discovered that product flow, information flow, personnel flow, cash flow and physical distribution of supply chain of five points, every branch of KOHIKAN owns the plentiful IT and logistic support that headquarters offers provide the best service and products to customers, and to satisfy their customers timely. The shops and head office can share information each other, planning and analyzing them. It is not only information exchanging, but also developing effect upon all supply chain system.
