Methods 76 cases of stroke patients with aphasia were selected and randomized into research group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases). Usual care was taken in control group, rehabilitation nursing with PDCA program was taken in research group, and linguistic function, neurologic defect degree and quality of life were contrasted between two groups. Methods At 6 weeks after rehabilitation nursing, grade of aphasia degree was lower in research group than that of control group (χ2 = 4.29, P = 0.012), score of acousticquotient (AQ), stoke quality of life (S-QOL) were higher, and neurologic impairment stroke scale (NHISS) were lower after rehabilitation nursing which compared with before rehabilitation nursing. Score of AQ was higher in reseach group than that of control group (t = 8.46, P = 0.005), score of S-QOL was higher in reseach group than that of control group (t = 6.57, P = 0.008), NHISS was lower in reseach group than that of control group (t = 11.67, P = 0.002).
