Problems can be technical, or they can be management problems- like the training plan for a team member. Ask the group to categorize the list of problems; H for human (managerial) and T for technical. Say: Problem solving is used primarily for technical problems. Much of what you have learned about so far in this orientation course is critical for successful problem solving.
