伤科接骨片治疗骨折临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 研究伤科接骨片治疗骨折的疗效与安全性。方法 选择180例外伤性骨折病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组120例，对照组60例。经复位、固定后，治疗组服用伤科接骨片，对照组服用接骨七厘散，直至骨折愈合。以临床实际用药时间比同类骨折愈合时间提前多少为疗效判定标准。同时观测治疗前后疼痛、肿胀、术后吸收热在37.5°C左右积分，并进行安全性评价。结果 治疗药与对照药都有较好的消肿止痛、减少吸收热反应的作用，治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组未发现任何副作用。结论 伤科接骨片具有明显的消肿止痛、减少吸收热反应的功能，能促进骨折愈合，缩短疗效，且无副作用，是一种有效的治疗骨折的复方中药。 　　【关键词】 伤科接骨片骨折治疗 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1004-7484（x）.2012.08.466 文章编号：1004-7484（2012）-08-2786-02 　　Department of Traumatology Jiegu tablets in the treatment of fractures of the clinical study of Yang Ming 　　YANG Ming，GAO Jie 　　1.Shandong Province，Dongying City estuary District Hospital of Chinese medicine surgery，Shandong Dongying 257234； 　　2.Shandong province Dongying City estuary areaChinese Medicine Hospital Department of traditional Chinese medicine，Shandong Dongying 257234 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the effect and safety of Shang Ke Jie Gu Pian treat of Fracture.Method180 traumatic patients who divided into treatment group or control group，which there are 120 peoples in treatment group and 60 in control group .After restored and fixed，the patients in treatment group have Shang Ke Jie Gu Pian，and patients in control group have Jie Gu Qi Li San，until to when the fracture is healed.The effect is evaluated by the days which actual fracture healing time are ahead of clinical fracture healing time.The pain 、swell、after absorbing heat at about 37.5DEGC and safety are also evaluated at one time.ResultsThe two drugs have significantly analgesic and detumescent effect or reduce heat absorption reaction；the curative effect in treatment group is higher than that of control group.There are no any side-effect in treatment group .ConclusionShang Ke Jie Gu Pian which can accelerate fracture healing，reduce heat absorption reaction，shorten the period of treatment，has no side-effect，is one of effective compound Traditional Chinese herbs treat of fracture. 　　【Key words】Department of Traumatology bone fracture treatment 　　伤科接骨片（美罗）是大连美罗中药厂有限公司开发的治疗骨伤科的复合药品，具有活血化瘀疏通经络，补气养
