Education The Study of Private Manor In Song Dynasty Candidate: Luo Wen Supervisor: Prof. Liu Qiu Gen Academic Degree Applied: Master of History Specialty: Special History University: Hebei University Date of Oral Examination: June, 2014 摘 要 摘 要 私人田庄经济自汉代产生历经了整个中国古代社会而盛于明清。随着唐朝 中后期土地私有制度的逐步确立和土地兼并的发展，宋代私人广占土地并置庄生 产普遍存在。私人田庄是指在私有大土地上生产管理的经济单位。按照置庄目的 可分为生产性田庄，义庄和别墅三种类型，而按照经营方式又有依附制田庄和租 佃制田庄之分。不同于西欧封君封臣制度下产生的作为政治司法单位而存在的领 主庄园，宋代中央集权强大，私人田庄则着重于生活生产功能。田庄建立的基础 是多种途径形成的私有大土地，其以粮食作物种植经营为主而从事多种副业生 产，部分田庄也将资本用于高利贷经营。同时，私人田庄经济凭借其在乡村社会 的经济实力和庄主的社会地位，对乡村的水利建设、灾害防治、慈善救济、社会 管理等诸多方面影响巨大。 关键词：私人田庄，别墅，庄园制，田庄经营，高利贷 I Abstract Abstract The private manor since the Han dynasty and through the whole ancient society, which thrived in the Ming and Qing dynasty. With the development of private land and land annexation in the middle and later periods of Tang dynasty, lots of private manors occupied land and built manor in Song dynasty. The private manor is an economic unit which be built to organize and manage production in the vast land. From the purpose of building, the manor can be divided into the production 、 welfare manor and villa.
