Establish integrated quality environmental management system according to ISO9001:2000 /TS16949:2002/ISO14001:2004 standard . 文控审核Checked by DCC 日期Date 1. 目的PURPOSE 本程序用于识别设计和过程中的潜在问题并通过系统的手段消除潜在问题,以提高产品和过程质量。 This procedure is to establish and maintain the actions needed to identify potential problem in design and process and to eliminate the potential problem in a systematic manner, which will improve the product and process quality. 2. 范围SCOPE 本程序适用于与汽车客户相关的所有新的,修改或现有的产品和过程。 This procedure is applicable to all new, modify and existing products and processes relating to automotive customer only. 对于汽车客户,过程失效模式分析应作为PPAP文件的一部分递交给客户,对于非汽车客户,根据客户要求递交。 For Automotive Customer, Process FMEA will be provided as a set of document for PPAP submission as for Non-Automotive Customer, it will be submitted upon customer requisition. 3. 职责RESPONSIBILITIES 项目工程师负责监控和执行本程序。 The Project Engineer will be responsible for the monitoring and execution of the procedure. 项目工程师负责控制失效模式分析过程,将失效模式分析和控制计划联系起来并递交给客户。 The Project Engineer will be the central control of the FMEA process, linking Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEA) to the control plans and submission to the customer. 项目工程师召集FMEA核心团队开展过程失效模式分析。 The Project Engineer will gather a FMEA core team for the study of PFMEA.
