摘要 摘 要 医疗卫生发展水平是社会进步程度的重要标志之一，它关系到人民的健康和民族的 兴盛。特别是在抗日战争时期，它更是坚持持久抗战、争取胜利的重要条件。抗日战争 时期，由于社会经济、文化、营养以及敌人破坏等原因，处于抗战前线的晋察冀边区， 疫病流行，人畜发病死亡率很高，这严重危害了边区军民的健康，对抗日战争的进展也 极为不利。为了改变这种不利情形，保障军民健康，争取抗战胜利，晋察冀边区政府和 军区通过各种途径，调动一切积极因素，开展了一系列的医疗卫生工作：制定颁布医疗 卫生法规、方针、设立相关卫生机构、培养引进专业医务人员、保证药品供应。与此同 时，卫生宣传教育、卫生保健、牲畜防疫、战地救护等工作也在有条不紊地开展。这些 工作的开展，取得了较好的成效，降低了边区军民的死亡率。而其中的经验教训为后来 的医疗卫生工作提供了宝贵的借鉴。 关键词 抗日战争时期 晋察冀边区 医疗卫生工作 . Abstract Abstract The development of medical and health that is related people ’s health and prosperity of the nation is an important indicator of the social progress. In the anti—Japanese war ，it’s an important condition for victory. During the anti-Japanese war, because of socio-economic and culture、nutrition and the destruction of the enemy，epidemic was prevailing in the Jinchaji base area where was one of the front battlefields. Hence, the incidence of disease and death rate were extremely high. This was extremely detrimental to people and the progress of the war. In order to change the serious situation, the government of Jinchaji base area carried out a serious of medical and health works. There were formulating the medical and health regulations and policy 、setting up health agencies、training the health workers 、 drug supply 、 health education 、health care 、livestock vaccination、first aid and so on. In one word, it played an important role in epidemic prevention. The party and government of the Jinchaji base area made remarkable achievement.
