摘 要 本文对抗日战争时期晋察冀边区教育进行深入考察 全文分作四部分 第一 部分阐述了边区教育兴起的历史背景 第二部分概述了边区教育的发展进程 第 三部分论述了边区教育的伟大成就 第四部分剖析了边区教育取得伟大成就的原 因 本文认为边区教育在培养干部人才 扫除成人文盲和普及小学教育方面都取 得了前所未有的伟大成就 成就的取得是党和边区政府方针政策的正确 教育机 构精要 工作人员精干高效 师生自己动手克服困难 重视教师队伍的培养等诸 多因素综合作用的结果 边区教育为中国近现代教育提供了宝贵的经验 对其研 究 不仅是研究中国新民主主义教育的需要 同时也为当今发展贫困地区的教育 提供借鉴 关键词 抗日战争 晋察冀边区教育 历史背景 伟大成就 原因 Abstract Abstract This desertion inspects deeply the education in the Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Border Region during Anti-Japanese War and is divided into four parts. The first part expounds the historical backgrounds of the creation of the education in the border area. The second part outlines the process of the development of the education. The third one discusses the great achievements that the education made. And the fourth part analyses the reasons that the education in the border area can make great achievements. The author of this article holds that the education in the border region had made unprecedented achievements in the process of training and bringing up cadres and talents, eliminating adult illiteracy and making primary education universal. The reasons that cause great achievements include the proper policies of the Chinese Communist Party and government in the border area, the simple administrative structure and the efficient cadres in the education, overcoming the difficulties by teachers and students’ own hands, and the stable and active teacher ranks. The education in the border area provides valuable experiences for the development of the modern education in China. So researching this problem not only is the need to study Chinese new democracy education, but also can provide lessons for the development of the education in the poverty area. Key Word
