内容摘要 我国的西北地区 自古就是一个干旱、半干旱区，缺水是这一地区农业面临的 最大困难。近年来，西部大开发已经轰轰烈烈地开展了，然而缺水的问题仍然没 有从根本上得到解决。中国历史源远流长，在古代，西北地区的先民们是通过什 么方法解决缺水问题的，或许我们可以从他们的实践中寻求到一些对我们有益的 思路，本文选择了明清时期三陇地区的农田水利开发作为研究对象，试图从中寻 求到对今日西部大开发有益的帮助。 文章主要包括绪论、正文、结论三个部分。 绪论部分交代了选择研究对象的目的与意义，历史上西北地区的总体水利开 发概述及明清时期三陇地区的农田水利开发研究的综述。 正文共分三部分：第一部分从开发动力及开发方式入手，概括了明清时期三 陇地区的水利开发状况。第二部分分析了明清时期三陇地区水利开发管理制度及 其特点。第三部分总结了明清时期三陇地区的水利开发的成就。 结论部分在正文的基础上提出了应对三陇地区缺水问题的三个建议。 关键词：明清时期；三陇地区；农田水利 II Abstract Since a long time, it is an arid, semi-arid region in northwest of China. The shortage of water there is the greatest problem in agriculture. In recent years, the Western Development Drive (WDD) has been carried out, however, the problem of lack of water has still not been solved fundamentally. In Chinese long history, in ancient times, how our ancestors in the north-west region to solve the problem? Maybe we can find some of our good ideas from their practice, which is the cause that I has chosen the irrigation and water conservancy development in areas of Sanlong in Ming and Qing Dynasties as a research object, trying to seek something helpful for todays WDD. This thesis is composed of three parts: The first part is introduction. The purpose and significance of the subject, the condition of irrigation and water conservancy development and the summary of existing studies on it in that area, the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
