光学相干断层成像系统的光学模拟设计 摘 要 根据光学相干断层成像系统（OCT ）的基本原理和结构，本文应用光学设计 软件ZEMAX对OCT进行仿真模拟。 OCT 的核心结构是麦克尔逊干涉仪，本文模拟了传统OCT和宽场OCT两种系 统中麦克尔逊干涉仪的等厚干涉、等倾干涉，系统的光源为红、绿、蓝光合成的 白光，并对模拟结果进行讨论，总结出成像变化规律。应用ZEMAX软件对传统OCT 和宽场OCT两种成像系统的成像进行了像差的分析和比较，其中像差包括了场 曲、畸变和纵向像差。最后针对传统OCT和宽场OCT系统的优化提出一些方法。 关键词： 光学相干断层成像（OCT ），ZEMAX，仿真，像差，优化 I 光学相干断层成像系统的光学模拟设计 ABSTRACT Based on the basic principle and the structure of Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) system, in this paper, emulations of the actual OCT systems are carried out using the optical design software ZEMAX. The Michelson interferometer is the key structure of an OCT system. Michelson interferences of equal thickness and equal inclination in a traditional OCT system and a wield field OCT system are emulated in this paper. The illuminants in these systems are white lights, which are made by red, green and blue light. The emulation results are discussed and the relations of the images are summarized. Using the software ZEMAX, analyze the aberrations including the field curvature、distortion and longitudinal aberration in the traditional OCT system and the wield field OCT system are analyzed and compared. Finally some methods to optimize the OCT systems are brought out.
