毕业论文:钻头盒塑料注塑具设计

摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是钻头盒塑料注塑模具设计。塑件钻头盒的材料是PP,是利用聚丙烯高分子高度定向的特点生产的一类以塑料材料本身为铰链的制品。模具浇点设置在两铰链的同一边,熔料经过铰链最薄处充满另一边,使铰链处达到分子高度定向。脱模后趁制品尚存余热将盒盖与盒底来回折几次,使其获得拉伸定向,将大幅提高铰链的使用次数,一般可达到几千万次。本设计属于薄壁塑件的模具设计。由于塑件中有倒扣,所以模具需要内抽芯机构完成,并且采用三板点浇口和二次分型。本文首先对模具的发展和塑料模具的地位进行了概述,接下来对钻头盒注塑模具结构详细介绍和比对,并分别对关键部分的强度和尺寸进行了校核和计算。在设计过程中应用了UG软件的Moldwizard模块进行辅助和建模。Moldwizard模块的使用让本设计更大程度、更加合适地应用了标注件,使模具结构尽量简化,紧凑,标准化程度加大,从而缩短生产周期,提高效率。本设计采用UG软件设计并导出二维工程图,包括装配图和零件图。 关键词:薄壁塑件;铰链;内抽芯;二次分型 ;Moldwizard模块 Abstract The subject of this thesis is the design of bit box injection mold .The material of the drill box is PP, which is the hinge products made use of the characteristics of the highly oriented polypropylene polymer plastic material itself . We set the mold pouring point in two on the same side of the hinge, the melt filled with the other side of the hinges of from the thinnest, which the hinges achieve a high degree of molecular orientation . We fold the lid and the bottom of the box a few times back and forth which take advantage of waste heat after the demould , it stretch orientation will greatly enhance the lifetime of the hinge , which can reach tens of millions of times. This design belongs to the thin-walled plastic parts mold design. Because of the button of the plastic mold, we need the pulling mechanism to complete the three-board point gate,.So I adopt the second type of plastic parts. In this text we overview of the status of the mold and plastic mold and the details of the drill box injection mold structure.We have a check and calculation of the parts. UG software Moldwizard module was applied in the design process. Moldwizard module use a greater degree of the design, the more appropriate application of the label, the mold structure is as simple as possible.This part increases the degree of standardization, thus can help shortening the production cycle and improving the efficiency.
