摘要：激光加工往往伴随着超高的温度，且通常是暴露在空气中，工件与空气中的氧气接触发生氧化反应，降低金属的力学性能甚至是损害金属。特别是对于比较活泼的金属如镁、铝等，在空气中极易发生氧化或者燃烧，进行激光表面处理时需要严格的隔离空气或者是气体保护。 防止氧化一直以来都是金属加工行业研究的重点及难点，金属加工时的氧化对金属的力学性能产生很大的影响，严重时可能导致产品报废，加大了金属加工行业的经济投入。预防金属加工时的氧化反应现象，有益于金属力学性能的提高，提高产品的质量，节省经济成本，得到更加优质的产品。获得优质的产品投入于社会生活生产当中，提高人民的生活水平和生活质量。 本文设计了一台可以真空或气体保护式激光加工实验装置设计，主要完成了：机床整体结构设计，X轴、Y轴的结构设计计算、丝杠、直线滚动导轨的选择及其强度分析；以步进电机为进给驱动的驱动系统及其传动机构的分析设计计算。 关键词 激光切割机床，XY工作台，激光加工，金属加工 ABSTRACT：Laser processing is often accompanied by high temperature, and are often exposed to the air, the workpiece in contact with the oxygen in the air oxidation reaction, reduce the mechanical properties of metals and even damage the metal.Especially for the more active metals, such as magnesium, aluminum, or burn easily happened in the air oxidation, laser surface processing require strict isolation air or gas protection.Prevent oxidation has always been the emphasis and difficulty in metal processing industry research, the oxidation of metal processing have great effect on the mechanical property of metal, serious when can lead to product scrap, increase investment in the metal processing industry, economy.To prevent the oxidation reaction of metal processing, is beneficial to the improvement of the performance of the metal mechanics, improve the product quality and save the economic costs, more high quality products.To obtain the high quality product to put into production in the social life, improve peoples living standard and quality of life.This paper designed a vacuum or gas can be word type laser machining experiment device is designed, mainly completed the machine overall structure design, structure design and calculation of the X axis and Y axis, selection of ball screw, linear rolling guide and intensity analysis;With stepping motor as feed drive of drive system and its transmission mechanism analysis and design calculation.
