江苏省兴化市三元不锈钢厂绩效评估方法研究 摘 要 本文重点研究公司的绩效评估系统，选取三元不锈钢厂为研究单位，并以三元不锈钢厂员工为研究对象，目的在于了解公司现有的绩效评估方法以及目前存在的不足，分析影响绩效评估的因素，以便能找到相关措施进一步改进三元不锈钢厂的绩效评估方案。 在研究过程中，首先阐述了绩效评估的相关概念，以及国内外的研究情况，并对三元不锈钢厂做了一个简短的介绍，同时设计相关问卷调查，进行发放与回收，针对回收的问卷进行分析。分析结果显示，员工的年龄、工龄以及目前的职位都对其了解公司的绩效评估有一定的影响，并在一定程度上呈正相关关系。 问卷调查后，又进行访谈调查，了解和验证相关信息，经整理分析，最终提出相关的改进方案，以期能对三元不锈钢厂绩效评估的进行起到促进的作用。 关键词：绩效评估，影响因素，改进方案 Performance Evaluation System Research Of Sanyuan Stainless Steel Plant In Abstract：This paper focuses on the companys performance evaluation system, select a triple stainless steel plant research units and triple stainless steel plant employees aims to understand the companys existing performance evaluation methods and the current shortcomings, analysis of the impact of performance assessment factors in order to be able to find relevant measures for further improvement the Ternary stainless steel plant in the performance evaluation program.
