河南省产业结构存在的问题及其优化调整战略 摘 要 随着我国经济的快速发展，河南省经济也高速跃进，伴随着高速发展的经济步伐，传统的经济产业结构显现出诸多影响经济健康发展的因素。国家对此转变经济发展方式，提出“科学发展战略”,优化产业结构，促进经济又好又快发展，保持经济快速、健康发展的良好势头。同时国内各地区也认识到传统的产业结构与高速发展的经济不相协调，甚至阻碍其发展，并制订出逐渐调整区域产业结构、优化区域产业结构的战略方向和目标。进而逐渐形成的一批区域产业经济带，全面带动区域经济和社会的发展，形成国家产业结构调整的良好格局。 本文首先对河南省产业结构的历史演变过程进行分析，运用定性与定量相结合的方法研究促使河南省产业结构变动的因素，通过比较分析，揭示出河南省产业结构目前存在的突出问题。其次，针对河南省目前的产业结构现状进行深入分析，并着眼于中部区域经济产业结构现状及国家产业结构调整部署，推进河南省产业结构优化。最后，综合河南省目前发展所处的阶段，笔者认为河南省作为中部农业大省，应利用好此次国家全面调整产业结构的契机，加快其产业结构优化，变传统的农业大省为工业强省，进而向以农业为基础，工业为支撑，第三产业迅速发展的中部强省。 关键词：河南省，产业结构，优化调整 The industrial structure in henan province, the existing problems and its optimization and adjustment of strategy ABSTRACT Along with the rapid economic development of our country, henan province economy also high-speed leaps, with the high speed development of economic development, the traditional economic industry structure shows many influence factors of economic health.
