The results show that: Henan Provinces economic growth was mainly rely on factors of production, especially the large number of inputs of capital elements to obtain, and industrial restructuring has a positive impact on economic growth in Henan Province, but this influence is constantly weakening. Policy Implications: We should actively promote institutional mechanisms innovation and technological progress implementing the strategic adjustment of industrial structure, strengthen regional coordination and optimize investment environment, change the mode of growth, promote economic and social effectively transferred to the track of scientific development.
