In the communication, the spoken language is extremely important .Nowadays, English has become an absolutely necessarily communicative tool in our work and daily life. Foster this ability of spoken English in China is not so good , lots of diffculties exist in the students抯tudy ,which caused 搕he mute English：”pheornenon seriously. Spoken English is the key point in elementary school. Also is the difficulty which needs the teachers to make the big effort. This paper mainly discusses the effectual methods and strategies on how to improve the pupils ’spoken English ability its base on analyzing the factors why the factors why the student hard to show their spoken English. Aim to cultivate the base for improving the pupils spoken English ability. The purpose I write the article is to solve the reason that children meet ordinary in the oral. and find some ways that solve them. Also how to improve the childrens ability in spoken English.
