浅论我国利用外资的现状、问题与对策 摘 要 伴随经济全球化的发展趋势与我国加入世界贸易组织，我国的经济正在不断融入到世界经济的发展大潮中，不断利用外资是促进我国经济发展的一项重要手段，也是经济全球化带来的必然趋势。本文针对近年来我国虽然利用外资不断增长，但是在利用外资的过程中存在一系列问题的现实情况，对我国利用外资的现状与问题进行研究，并提出相应的解决对策。论文首先阐述了利用外资的基本问题，并且分析了当前我国利用外资的现状；其次，通过对现状的分析，总结出我国在利用外资工作中存在的问题，从引进外资质量、利用外资结构、我国政府利用外资政策以及国民经济安全方面对问题展开说明；论文最后针对以上问题，对我国利用外资工作提出了较为可行的建议，对我国合理利用外资，促进经济又好又快发展具有一定的现实意义。 关键词：外资质量；利用结构；外资政策；经济安全 ABSTRACT With the trend of economic globalization and Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization, Chinas economy is continuously getting into the tide of world economic development. Continue to use foreign investment to promote Chinas economic development is an important means of and it is an inevitable trend of economic globalization. Although the use of foreign investment in China is continuing growing in recent years, there is a series of problems existing in the process. In this paper, we research on the status and problems in China’s using of foreign investment and then put forward corresponding countermeasures. At first, the paper describes the basic problem of using foreign capital, and then analysis the current status of using foreign investment in China; secondly, the paper conclude the problems of using foreign investment in china through the analysis of recent status, and then expand notes from many aspects, such as the quality of foreign capital, the structure and the policy of utilization of foreign investment and the security of national economy; finally put forward much more feasible proposals to the above problems in using of foreign capital, Have some practical significance in rational using of foreign capital and promoting sound and rapid economic development in China.
