轻质高强煤灰加气混凝土的试验研究毕业论文

摘要 加气混凝土是以硅质材和钙质材为基本材料,加入适量发气剂,经发泡、成型、蒸压养护等工艺制得的无机材料制品。但是目前由于加气混凝土在强度、体积密度存在不少问题,制约了其作为自保温材料的应用推广,所以研究轻质、高强、体积稳定性优良的新型加气混凝土材料迫在眉睫。本文通过对影响粉煤灰加气混凝土轻质高强性能因素的分析,进行初步试验、对比试验和验证试验,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)进行微观结构机理分析,制备轻质高强粉煤灰加气混凝土。 试验结果表明,随着水泥掺量的增加,粉煤灰加气混凝土的表观密度先增大后减少,强度和比强度增加;随着铝粉加入量的增加,粉煤灰加气混凝土的表观密度先减少后增大,强度和比强度先增大后减少;随着水料比的增大,粉煤灰加气混凝土的表观密度、强度和比强度减少。研究所得最佳配合比:水泥掺量20%,铝粉加入量0.6‰,水料比0.58。 关键词:粉煤灰加气混凝土 干表观密度 抗压强度 比强度 Abstract The aerated concrete material is formed by foaming, molding and steams maintenance through the addition of foaming agent, whose basic materials are siliceous and calcareous materials. However, there are many problems in the compress strength and bulk density, which constraints the application and development of autoclaved aerated concrete as insulating material. Therefore, it is urgent to study a new type of aerated concrete materials of light performance, high strength, excellent dimensional stability .Based on the analysis of influencing factor, light performance and high strength fly ash aerated concrete is explored and prepared through the preliminary experiment, contrast experiment and orthogonal experiment. Also, the mechanism analysis of micro-structure is completed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experiment results show that: as the cement content increases, the apparent density of fly ash aerated concrete decreases first and then increases while its compressive strength and specific strength increase; As the addition of aluminum powder increases, the apparent density decreases first and then increases while the compressive strength and specific strength increase first and then decrease; As water-cement ratio increases, all of them decrease. he best mixture ratio: twenty percent of cement content, six extremely of aluminum powder and water-cement ratio to 0.58.
