摘　要 从20世纪90年代开始，产业集群已发展成为世界经济中颇具特色的经济组织形式，成为区域经济中研究的热点。产业集群理论侧重于对相关企业和机构集中于某一地区而形成的有机整体的描述，是产业发展的一种特殊模式和演化过程，集群内企业通过互动的合作与交流，发挥规模经济和范围经济的效益，能够产生强大的溢出效应，带动某一地区乃至整个国家经济的发展。港口是国家和地区经济发展的天然“增长极”，具有良好港口条件的临港区域由于区位条件和能够充分利用海上运输的优势，不断吸引相关产业在临港地区集聚，成为国家或地区经济发展的重点区域。本文的创新之处就在于将产业集群理论与临港产业发展相结合，并将其运用于实证研究，对我国浙江省临港产业集群的发展进行分析。 本文首先介绍了产业集群的理论和临港产业的内涵及特征，并分析了将两者进行结合的可行性；其次将临港产业集群结合到区域经济和产业经济的理论中进行分析，为后面的实证分析提供理论依据；然后通过分析国外发展较为成熟的临港产业集群的规划与运作，寻找临港产业集群发展的成功要素。本文的后半部分对我国浙江省的临港产业集群进行分析，通过阐述浙江省的港口条件和临港产业发展现状，总结出浙江省临港产业集群的主导产业选择以及发展方向，并针对发展中出现的问题提出对策建议，对于浙江省临港产业集群今后的发展具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：产业集群，临港产业，临港产业集群，港口，浙江省 ABSTRACT From the end of 20th century, industry cluster has developed into a characteristic way of economic organization in the world economy and becomes the highlight of the regional economics research. The industry cluster theory describes a population of geographically concentrated and mutually related business units, associations and public (-private) organizations centering on a distinctive economic specialization. The enterprises in the cluster cooperate with each other and reach the economics of scale and the economics of range. This could lead to the effect of spillover and push the economic development of the region and the whole country. Ports are the leading areas of the economic development of region and country, so the waterfront area could attract the relative industries to agglomerate around with the condition of geographical advantage and maritime transportation advantage, and then get fast economic growth. The innovation of this thesis is to combine the industry cluster theory and development of port-related industry, and apply it to empirical research to analyze the port-related industry cluster development of Zhejiang Province of China. At the beginning of the thesis, industry cluster theory, the meanings and the characters of port-related industry are introduced and the possibility of combining the two aspects is analyzed.
