本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目：新京输气管道工程初步设计2013年 6月13日新京输气管道工程初步设计摘 要本输气管道设计项目是新京输气管道工程，管道全长3441km，设计输量每年200亿立方米。通过程序RealPiep模拟仿真，确定最优方案，并以最优方案为例进行设计计算。最优方案为：末段管长377，管径1219mm，壁厚16mm，有内涂层，共有14座压气站，15座清管站和114座截断阀室，总投资487.43亿元。全线采用等强度设计原则，管道钢材材质为X80钢。目前天然气管网系统不断建设和相互连接成网，输气管道的设计计算、工况变化日益繁琐，个别异常工况的出现必将影响输气管网的安全运行。本文阐述了干线输气管道设计的基本原理和一般方法，本文主要介绍了天然气的物性计算；输气管道的水力计算；技术经济分析；管路布站方案计算；有无内涂层的压降和储气情况。关键词：长输管道；RealPipe软件；布站方案；站场工艺计算The preliminary design on the Xinjing Natural Gas Pipeline ProjectAbstractThe gas pipeline project is the xinjiang-bejing Natural Gas Pipeline Project, the pipe length of 3441km, the design transmission capacity of 20 billion cubic meters per year.Through a simulation program RealPip, determine the optimal plan and design the best program as an example.
