However,once the natural gas leak at a certain concentration, very likely to cause fire orexplosion. Threaten the personal safety of users, resulting in economic losses. From safety into consideration, design a low cost and reliable natural gas to be automatic hige alarm device is very necessary. This design is using single-chip microcomputer and sensor for the main part of a system, to natural gas (Silane kind of gas) testing, once produce gas concentration, alarm and real-time processing.. This design mainly USES the MQ2 flammable gas sensor for the field detection, will send a signal to sensors to collect MCU signal acquisition, processing, display and alarm, close the gas supply and exhaust valves, etc. The single-chip for STC89C52, reliability and performance to price ratio are very high, once the scene gas more than the threat valve design value, the system will according to set, automatic security processing, also can provide alert, for the user and operating personnel timely and effective treatment. The system has a real-time and accurate, and the characteristics of low cost, therefore it has a very broad prospect of application.
