商贸公司信用担保的体系问题的研究以xx商贸为例.doc

x商贸信用担保体系问题研究--以x商贸为例 摘要 针对x商贸难以融集资金的问题，x商贸信用担保体系的发展则能够使较多的问题迎刃而解，进而更有力地促进x商贸的发展与进步。本文以浙x商贸有限公司作为主要的分析案例，发掘x商贸信用担保体系存在主要问题 比如x商贸信用管理体系不完善，诚信意识较差，自身实力偏弱，资金来源单一、且资金补偿机制缺乏；⑤协作银行之间缺乏沟通与合作，等等。本文在数据分析的基础上，提出完善x商贸信用担保体系的对策，具体如下：建立和完善x商贸信用管理体系，大力强化x商贸的信用观念，理顺信用担保机构与协作银行之间的关系，提高对信用担保机构发展的扶持力度，建立风险补偿机制和再担保机制，以期望能够通过这些对策的实施促使x商贸信用担保体系得到进一步的完善。 关键词：x商贸 信用担保 风险补偿 再担保 信用管理 Abstract For small and medium enterprises difficult to financing problems, the development of SME credit guarantee system is able to make more problems more effectively and smoothly done or easily solved, promote the development and progress of small and medium enterprises. In this paper, Zhejiang Heng Trading Company as a case analysis of the main, to explore the SME credit guarantee system, the main problems of credit management; the system of small and medium-sized enterprises is not perfect; the poor sense of integrity; the strength is weak; the single source of funds, and lack of funds compensation mechanism; the lack of communication and cooperation between bank cooperation, and so on. Based on the analysis of the data, put forward countermeasures to improve the SME credit guarantee system, The details are as follows: 1. Establish and improve the credit management system of small and medium-sized enterprises; the strengthening of SME credit concept; the relationship between credit guarantee institution and cooperative bank; improve the development of credit guarantee institutions support; establishing risk compensation mechanism and guarantee mechanism, to expect to be able to through the implementation of the policy to promote the small and medium-sized enterprise credit guarantee system has been further improved.
