西南科技大学城市学院本科生毕业论文 Ⅰ 玉禾路施工组织设计 摘要：本文以三台县玉禾改建公路施工项目为实例，结合实际情况，对项目的各分部分项工程施工方案进行了详细设计。运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目管理者的角度出发，对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计，使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施；质量和安全方面，制定了严格的技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现。 本施工组织设计任务为三台县玉林乡至禾加乡四级公路改建工程, 线路设计应充分利用地形，避免高填深挖，减少水土流失，保护自然环境, 必须将路基稳定和环境保护放在首位。线路经过不良地质路段应查明地质病害的成因、类型、活动规律、处置难度和危害程度，分清主次，因地制宜采取突破重点或避强治弱的工程措施。全线采用四级公路标准建设,设计速度为20km/h，路基宽4.5m,桥涵结构物遵循“技术可行，经济合理，就地取材，方便施工”的原则。路面结构采用沥青混凝土路面。 关键词：施工组织设计; 技术标准; 施工工序; 沥青路面 西南科技大学城市学院本科生毕业论文 Ⅱ Yu He Road Construction Organization Design Abstract： This paper are designed in detail to various parts of the project construction programme by Yu He, Santai County Highway construction projects for example, with the actual situation. Using progress control of basic theory knowledge, conduct system of progress planning design on project from starts prepared to completed acceptance full process from the perspective of project managers. Using bar figure and network figure on progress plans for analysis, and according to reality proposed putting forward specific of guarantee progress plans implementation of measures; quality and security aspects, drawing strict technical and organizational measures.
