This program applies to the whole process quality control for DSM-WLS1-I Performance Coating Project. 依项目的招标文件、《》、本公司质量体系和质量管理程序编制本质量计划，执行前会针对每个分项编制更详细的ITP，报批准后执行。本质量计划适用于项目全过程质量控制。 Quality objective质量目标 Ensure the project complies with technical requirement stipulated in the contract, national laws and regulations requirements and requirement mentioned by owner. To ensure unit project reaches the goal of 100% once acceptance rate, contract performance rate and customer satisfaction reach to 100%, prevent quality accident.
