给排水专业排水工程毕业的设计

摘要安徽歙县经济开发区(二期)位于歙县城区东部,规划用地7.58km2,规划人口5万。规划区以丘陵地貌为主,布射河沿规划区西界流动,风向以东北风为主。本设计内容包括:排水管网工程和污水处理厂工程两部分。该地区排水制度采用雨、污分流制。工业废水经局部处理,达到进入城市下水道标准后,与城市生活污水合并进行处理。排水管网按远期规模设计,污水管网由3条干管、1条主干管组成;雨水管网分为5个流域,就近排入水体。污水处理厂选址在规划区西南方向,布射河下游河畔。设计进水水质为:BOD5=233mg/L,CODcr=340 mg/L,SS=234 mg/L,NH3-N=30 mg/L,TP=3mg/L。通过工艺选择、方案对比,确定污水处理流程如下:城市污水—中格栅—提升泵站—细格栅—旋流沉砂池—A2/O生物池—高密度沉淀池—普通快滤池—紫外消毒渠—巴氏计量槽—出水。出水水质达到一级标准A标准(GB 18918-2002),即:BOD5≤10mg/L,CODcr≤50 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L,NH3-N≤5 mg/L,TP≤0.5mg/L,尾水排至布射河。污泥处理流程如下:二沉池出泥—污泥泵房—污泥浓缩池—贮泥池—污泥消化池—脱水车间。污水处理厂分两期建设,近期规模2.0万m3/d,远期规模3.0万m3/d。整个排水工程总投资24195.56万元,污水处理厂的年运行费用为1082万元,单位运行成本为0.99元/m3。关键词:排水管网污水处理 A2/O工艺污泥处理ABSTRACTShexian economic development district (phase ii) is located in the east of Shexian town, Anhui Province. Local treatment of industrial waste water, reach into the city sewer standards, and municipal sewage treatment merger. Drainage network design by long-term scale, the sewage pipe network consists of three main pipe, a main tubes; Rain water pipe network is divided into five basins, discharged into the nearest body of water. Sewage treatment plant is located in the southwest planning area, the Bushe river downstream. Design of water quality is: the BOD5 = 233 mg/L, CODcr = 340 mg/L, SS = 234 mg/L, NH3 - N = 30 mg/L, TP = 3 mg/L. By process selection, plan comparison, determining the sewage treatment process is as follows: Inflow—Coarse Screen Bar—Pump—Fine Screen Bar—Rotational Flow Grit Chamber—A2/O Biological Tank—Secondary Sedimentation Tank—High Density Sedimentation Tank—Ordinary Fast Filter—UV Disinfection Channel—HY-BSC—Outflow.
