摘 要
本设计通过详细介绍山西阳煤集团新元煤炭有限责任公司的井田概况和地质特征,经过一系列的方案论证比较,选择了适合本矿井的开拓方式、采煤方法和各生产系统。井田内地质构造比较简单,走向较长,西翼为纵贯井田南北的草沟背斜,属于高瓦斯矿井,煤尘有爆炸危险;本井田主要有两层可采煤层,按埋藏深度从浅到深分别为号、号煤层,平均厚度分别为2.77m、3.32m,煤层倾角5o~9o,平均6o,属于近水平煤层。经过技术经济比较,煤矿设计生产能力为400万t/a,服务年限为76.6年,对第一水平选择了立井开拓方案,首采区的采煤方法采用倾斜长壁采煤法,综合机械化回采工艺。辅助运输系统与主运输系统相分离,其中主运输系统采用胶带运输、立井箕斗提升煤炭,辅助运输系统采用蓄电池机车运输,可满足人员、机械设备、材料和矸石的运输,无需中间转载,可从井底车场直达工作面。矿井一水平前期采用中央并列式通风,后期采用分区式通风系统。
总之,通过技术经济等多方面的比较得出本设计的开拓方案、采煤方法等均能满足矿井的开采需求。

ABSTRACT
This design introduces coalfield’s genneral situation and geologic characteristic of Xinyuan Coal Limited Liability Company of Yangquan Coal Group in detail. Based on a series of technique and economy comparisons, the suitable mine development scheme,mining method, mine’s (working area’s) openings and each main production system have been determined. The geologic structure in the coalield is simple,the main structure is Caogou Anticline acrossed the field from south to north. The mine has high gas and danger of coal-dust explosion. The designed main coal seams have two layers, including 3# coal seam and 4# coal seam from shallow to deep. Their average thickness is 2.77m and 3.32m respectively. Their angle of dip is 5o~9o, the average is 6o, so they belong to flat seams.The designed capacity of the mine is 4 million t/a and the expected life of the mine is 76.6 years. Based on technique and economy comprisions, the design chooses vertical shaft development for the first level, adopts long wall mining method along the dip and comprehensive mechanized coal mining.
