本科毕业论文 小型私营企业领导者与员工的管理沟通 学 院 经济管理学院 专 业 工商管理 年级班别 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2007 年 6 月 15 日 摘 要 管理沟通是组织的生命线，它把组织由内到外有效地连接起来，对提高组织效率、确保组织有序运行产生重要影响。作为管理者来说,处理好与被管理者之间的关系至关重要。 所以本文用五个章节阐述了管理沟通在其中的重要作用，第一章主要介绍了选题背景，本文研究的主要内容、研究的目的和意义，最后提出了本文的创新点，创新点主要是根据研究的内容，提出了员工个性化管理的观点。第二章介绍了管理沟通的概论，包括其含义，两者之间的内在联系、管理沟通的对象及作用,让读者对管理沟通的内容在思想上有了一个大概的认识和了解。第三章主要研究小型私营企业内部管理沟通现状，从客观上分析了小型私营企业的优势和劣势，以及内部人员的特点，还有他们常用的沟通形式和手段。第四章归纳总结小型私营企业存在的主要管理沟通障碍。从上一章的分析中看出小型私营企业，领导者与员工在管理沟通方面存在的问题，同时对其成因进行了分析探讨。第五章主要是根据第四章提出的问题和成因分析的结果，提出了相应的对策和解决办法，主要是从人的因素和企业本身的沟通结构上进行改进和完善，为企业进行有效的管理沟通提供了参考。 关键词：小型私营企业，领导者与员工，管理沟通，沟通障碍 Abstract The management and communication is organizations lifeline, it from inside to outside connects the organization effectively, to enhances the organization efficiency, guarantees the organization movement to have the important influence. Therefore this article elaborated with five chapters the management communication in the among vital role, the first chapter mainly introduced the selected topic background, this article studies the primary coverage, the research goal and the significance, finally proposed this article innovation spot, the innovation mainly is according to the research content, proposes own viewpoint. Second chapter introduced the management communication introduction, including its meaning, between both inner link, the management and communication object and the function, let the reader to manage the communication the content to have a general understanding and the understanding in the thought.
