摘要改革开放以来,我国煤炭工业得到很大发展。随着装备水平的提高,技术进步,管理水平的提高,计算机网络监控技术的发展等,煤矿安全生产形势也逐步好转。但由于煤炭工业,职工等危险源多,煤矿事故时有发生。其中发生的最多的是煤和瓦斯突出,爆炸和屋顶事故。挖掘工作场所发生安全事故集中,挖掘面临最大的危险。数据显示,在国有煤矿事故中,采面占76.92%,重瓦斯事故占埋地面积42.82%,煤面占25%。巷道事故占了很大的比例。因此,开挖巷道安全施工,生产是煤矿安全生产最重要的一个环节,特别是高瓦斯,软弱,低渗透的巷道安全尤为重要。本文根据煤与瓦斯的突出理论,巷道支护应力理论为基础,结合工程实例—六枝工矿集团x煤矿2373机巷,通过现场实际考察、问卷调查、理论分析、经验公式推算方法研究影响此类巷道掘进的安全及效率的诸多因子中的主要因子:瓦斯涌出量大、支护设计需优化。提出采用水力压裂的方法提高煤层透气性加边掘边抽技术结合综合快速治理掘进巷道瓦斯的方法,并在掘进过程中采用钻屑指标法、综合指标法作为突出预测方法,有效防止发生煤与瓦斯突出事故。提出巷道支护优化方案,对优化支护方案进行评价,得出支护优化方案的安全性效率性更高结论。最终形成一套专门解决极软低透气性煤巷掘进安全掘进技术体系。关键词:安全生产;高瓦斯;巷道支护;软及低透气性煤;快速治理;AbstractThe main event of the coal industry safety production, since the reform and opening up, Chinas coal industry has a great development, with the improvement of equipment level, technological progress, improve the level of management, computer network monitoring technology and the development of coal mine production safety situation is gradually getting better. However, due to the coal industry, in addition to a wide range of practitioners, multi hazard factors such as coal mine safety accidents still occur. Among them, the most serious and dangerous ones are coal and gas outburst, explosion and roof accident. The concentration of safety accidents mostly occurs at the mining site, and the risk of driving faces is the biggest. Data show that, in the state-owned coal mine accidents, mining faces accounted for 76.92%, in heavy gas accidents, the driving surface accounted for 42.82%, coal mining area accounted for 25%; roadway accidents accounted for relatively large.
