 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV 摘 要 机械加工工艺是实现产品设计,保证质量,节约能源,降低能耗的重要手段,提高经济效益的技术保证。为了完成一个机械零件的生产工艺过程,必须在详细的分析零件的设计要求以后,才能开展后续的各项工作。 本设计是针对减速电机上、下盖的工艺工装设计。减速电机上、下盖是一种典型零件,其加工工艺规程和工装设计具有典型性。该零件结构复杂,零件毛坯采用铸造成形。在加工过程中,采用先面后孔的加工路线,以保证工件的定位基准统一、准确。为了消除切削力、夹紧力、切削热和因粗加工所造成的内应力对加工精度的影响,整个工艺过程分为粗、精两个阶段。通过被加工零件的分析完成了机械加工工艺的设计及各加工工序机动时间的计算。根据零件零件的结构及其功能,运用定位夹紧的知识完成了夹具设计。 关键词:工艺;减速电机盖;夹具 Abstract Machining process is to achieve product design, quality assurance, save energy and reduce the energy consumption of important means to improve the economic benefit of technology guarantee. In order to complete a production process of mechanical parts, must be after the detailed analysis of the design requirements of parts, to carry out the follow-up of each work. This design is aimed at slowing the process tooling design of the upper and lower lid. In order to eliminate the cutting force, clamping force, cutting heat and caused by rough machining of internal stress influence on machining precision, the whole process is divided into coarse and fine two stages. Through the analysis of the processed parts finished machining process design and the calculation of the maneuver time different processing procedures. According to the structure and function of component parts, using positioning clamping finished fixture design knowledge.
