摘 要
大部分废旧耐火材料未被进一步应用,只有一小部分用于制造新的耐火制品的原料。废旧耐火材料被抛弃,这不仅仅是自然资源的浪费,而且也给环境造成危害。废旧耐火材料给环境造成的危害包括:粉尘、结晶石英粉尘引起的炭疽硅的致癌性;耐火纤维和石棉的致癌性;沥青和焦油热分解的挥发物的污染。众所周知,废旧耐火材料可以通过再加工制成昂贵的原料,就是说作为工业性二次资源加以利用。不仅要考虑到矿物资源、能源的节约以及如何减少环境污染。而且还要考虑耐火材料及钢铁生产消耗的降低,并且随着人类环保意识的增强,以及对高温用后废耐火材料资源浪费的重视,废耐火材料的再生利用已成为高温工业一项迫切需要解决的问题。世界各国都已经充分认识到了用后耐火材料是廉价的再生资源,能显著提高企业的经济效益和社会效益,而且用后耐火材料的再生利用也是对环保的贡献因此,在不久的将来以用后耐火材料为原料生产的高附加值的优质再生产品会迅速发展,用后耐火材料的再利用率会迅速提高,并有向零排放发展的趋势。笔者对不同来源的废耐火材料进行分析,并通过国内外大量文献的对比,结合我国实际情况对废弃耐火材料的再生利用方向进行了探讨废耐火材料再生利用环境保护发展与趋势The recycling waste refractory materials
