毕业论文 毕 业 论 文 题 目 建筑企业经济效益的综合分析与评价 摘要 建筑业是国民经济的重要支柱产业之一它与整个国家的经济发展有着密切的关系也是影响综合国力的一个重要要素随着我国国民经济的快速发展，其重要地位和作用正日益凸显。 企业经济效益的评价是一种多指标下的综合评价。多变量大样本无疑会为科学研究提供丰富的信息，但也在一定程度上增加了问题分析的复杂性；每一个变量都在不同程度上反映了所研究问题的某些信息，而各个变量之间往往存在一定的相关关系，因而所得到的统计数据反映的信息在一定程度上有重叠；单变量虽然可以用来评价比较企业经济效益，但有时不同变量下的结果可能不一致，出现矛盾。因此，有必要寻找和设计一个或几个较的综合指标来综合各方面的信息, 这些较少的几个综合指标不相关，所代表的信息不重叠，包含信息多，容易抓住主要矛盾，使问题简化。 本文用到的综合评价方法是主成分分析法，主成分分析也称主分量分析，是Hotelling于1933年首先提出的。主成分分析是多元统计分析的一个分支。是将其分量相关的原随机向量，借助于一个正交变换，转化成其分量不相关的新随机向量，并以方差作为信息量的测度，对新随机向量进行降维处理关键词：建筑企业；经济效益；指标；主成分分析；评价 Abstract The construction industry is an important pillar of the national economy. It is closely related to the entire level of the country’s economic development, and also the important element of the impact on national power. Its important position and role are increasing heavily along with the rapid development of China’s national economy. Evaluation of the economic efficiency of enterprises is a multi-index comprehensive evaluation. Multivariate variobles and large sample for scientific research will undoubtedly provide a wealth of information, but also increase the complexity of problem analysis to some extent.
