抽油机机械系统设计分析及结构设计
摘要:针对目前常规游梁式抽油机能耗大的现状,提出一种新型新型曳引节能抽油机。新型曳引节能抽油机以机架为载体,采用外转子稀土永磁同步电机为动力,由变频控制器提供变频后的低频电流供给外转子稀土永磁同步电机,使电机在超低转速下输出大扭矩。通过改变电流的频率可以改变电机的转速;改变电流的方向可以改变电机的转向。电机直接驱动安装在两侧的曳引轮,依靠正压力和摩擦力带动钢丝绳及动滑轮悬点载荷和配重作往复运动,进而带动抽油杆和抽油泵采油。
在本文中,首先对新型曳引节能抽油机进行了运动学和动力学分析,得到了悬点速度、加速度和载荷的计算公式,并设计了新型曳引节能抽油机的整体结构。最后对新型曳引节能抽油机的零部件进行了设计,并绘制了装配图和零件图。

Abstract: In view of the present regular beam pumping unit of the status of large energy consumption, and put forward to a new kind of new traction energy saving pumping unit. New traction energy saving pumping unit regards frame as the carrier, using exterior rotor rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor, which powered by frequency conversion controller, the low frequency current provides frequency supply of rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor , producing motor in ultra -low rate torque output. Changing the current frequency can change the motor rate, the direction of the electric current can be changed to turn moter around. Direct drive motor is installed in the sides tractive sheave, relying on the positive pressure and friction drive steel wire, and Dong HuaLun suspended point load and balance, and then make reciprocating movement driven sucker rod and pump oil production.
In this paper, regard to new traction energy-saving beam pumping unit kinematics and dynamics analysis, we can get suspended point velocity, acceleration and load formula. Finally, we designed a new traction of overall structure to the energy saving pumping unit. By using efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor, it can reduce loss of motor, and improves the system overall efficiency. Finally, the new tractor oil pump parts were designed, and mapped the assembly and part drawings
