PAGE PAGE 22 人力資本與全球運籌管理的核心策略之研究 －跨世紀電子化企業競爭優勢之觀點分析 A Study of the Core Strategies between Human Capital and Global Logistic Management – for the Viewpoints of Competitive Advantage within Cross-century Electronic Business 陳水竹 明新科技大學企業管理系所教授 Shoei Jwu Chen Professor, at the Department of Business Administration and Graduate School, Ming Hsin University of Science and Technology E-mail: HYPERLINK mailto:crane@.tw crane@.tw 摘 要 檢視跨世紀產業生態的丕變，有的企業漸入佳境並臻達營運高峰，有的嚴重虧損或遭淘汰，如此兩極化現象亟待詳加探究。本文透過個案研究方法，結合理論及實務的雙重領域，試圖建立探討架構與理論模型。除深度專訪國內錸德科技集團之創業家與淡江大學校長之外，並旁徵博引世界級的全球標竿企業GE、Dell兩家公司，匯聚優質企業的最佳典範。最後獲致結論：其一、導入企業組織智慧資產的人力資本、結構資本、顧客資本與社會資本之兼容並蓄，構築全球化企業的電子化經營管理系統之機制；其二、電子化企業的全球運籌管理之核心策略，乃淬煉獨特的企業智商與組織基因圖譜之極致，誠為持續競爭優勢的關鍵成功因素。 關鍵詞：電子化企業、全球運籌管理、人力資本、組織智慧資產、持續競爭優勢 Abstract To check the change situation of cross-century industry, many corporate groups are climbing top of revenue, and few had fallen into deficit or bankrupt, so contradictory phenomenon needs to approach necessarily. The paper through case study method and tries to build approach framework and model with combining between theory and practice. And then, the researcher has taken depth interview with the entrepreneurs, President of RiTek Tech Group. Hence, the researcher discussed the issue with the expert, Principal of Private Tamkang University in Taiwan. Furthermore, the analysis puts the best practice with the benchmarking enterprise, such as GE and Dell. Therefore, the paper gets two conclusions. Firstly, the operating mechanism of electronic business lies in the balance and improvement in core values of human capital, structural capital, customer capital, and social capital. Secondly, the core strategy of electronic business indicates unique situation of corporate IQ and organizational DNA, in which comes from key successful factors for sustained competitive advantage.
