毕业设计说明书 题目: 减速机机体机械加工工艺规程及夹具设计 完整CAD，三维模型设计图纸请联系本人，参见豆丁备注。 /lzj781219 毕业生姓名 ： 专业 ： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学号 ： 指导教师 ： 所属系（部） ： 机电系 二〇一四年六月 摘　　要 本次毕业设计以减速机的箱体为设计对象，主要任务有两项：第一项是箱体零件加工工艺规程的设计；第二项是箱体零件的钻床夹具的设计。在对加工工艺规程的设计中，首先对零件进行分析，根据零件的材料，生产纲领及其它，来确定毛坯的制造形式，其次进行加工基面的选择与工艺路线的制订，最后进行加工余量、工序尺寸及切削用量等的计算与确定。在钻床夹具部分的设计中，首先是定位基准的选择，根据各工序的特点来进行定位基准的选择，其次进行切削力及夹紧力的计算，最后进行误差分析。 通过本次毕业设计，使我在大学四年里所学的知识有了更进一步的巩固与提高，同时，也增强了自己分析问题与解决问题的能力，从而为今后更好地工作与学习打下了坚实的基础。 关键词：工艺规程 定位 夹具 Abstract This graduation project object is the gear box-body designs the duty have two items: First is the design of chest cover part process technology rules; Second is the design of the chest cover tool set-up of part clamping apparatus. To the design of process technology rules, the most firstly analysing to the part , according to the material of part , I come defines the manufacturing form of Mao Pi to production program me and other , next processes the formulation of the selection of base face and technology route , and finally carries on the allowance , calculation that workers order size waits cutting the consuption and defines . At tool set-up in the design of clamping apparatus part firstly being the selection fixing a position the datum , is based on respectively the different characteristics of workers order to fix a position the selection of datum , next is in progress cutting force nips tight power calculation , finally carries on the error analysis. By way of this graduation project , makes me knowledge in the university four that Nian Li learns has the person who goes a step further consolidated with raising, at the same time, also strengthened the ability with the settlement problem of intimate analysis problem , thus for from now on better works has conquered the solid foundation with study.
