河北大学2011届本科生毕业论文（设计） 中印农产品贸易特点及发展潜力探析 摘　　要 中国和印度同为农业生产和贸易大国，近些年来，中印农产品贸易发展迅速，但是两国贸易额较小，占两国贸易比重呈下降趋势这与两国经贸地位严重不相符。中印各自出口的农产品集中度较高，波动幅度比较大。受现实因素影响较多，尤其是印度方面高关税和贸易壁垒的设置以及复杂多变的政治因素，此外，双方贸易摩擦较多，交通建设滞后，印度的大国意识也都影响到中印正常贸易的进行。为促进中印农产品贸易的正常进行和激发贸易的潜力，就必须增加政治互信，降低关税，打破贸易壁垒，推动中印自由贸易区建设，改善基础条件，鼓励双方企业积极开拓市场，各自发挥比较优势。本文以分析中印农产品贸易现状入手，详细描述中印各自进出口情况，总结其特点并分析中印两国各自农产品的比较优势，在此基础上分析未来发展潜力，指出造成中印贸易现状的原因并提炼出有益的政策建议，希望本文对促进两国贸易发展有所帮助。 关键词：农产品贸易；比较优势；贸易摩擦 The exploration of Sino-Indian agricultural trade’s characteristics and potential ABSTRACT China and India are the fastest growing economies in developing countries, and it is the same for agricultural production and trade. In recent years, Sino-Indian trade in agricultural products developed rapidly, but the volume of agricultural products trade between the two countries is small, accounting for declining proportion of bilateral trade, which do not match bilateral economic and trade position seriously. Agricultural products export from China and India are both high concentrated and both have a large fluctuation. Agricultural trade between China and India has a complementary, but for some reality factors, especially the high tariff in Indian side, trade barriers and the complex political factors seriously affected the Sino-Indian free trade. In addition, the bilateral trade friction, lagging traffic and the awareness of Indias major power also have a negative effect on the conduct of normal trade. To promote trade in agricultural products and stimulate the normal conduct of trade potential, they both need to increase political mutual trust, reduce tariffs, break trade barriers, promote Sino-Indian free trade area, improve the basic trade conditions, and encourage their enterprises to actively explore the market to show their comparative advantage.
