水温控制系统概述—毕业的设计.doc

摘要 由于现代工艺越来越多的需要对实时温度进行监测和控制，所以温度控制系统引起国内外许多有关人员的重视，得到了广泛的应用。温度控制系统发展迅速，而且成果显著。 该设计为一个由单片机控制的水温控制系统。以单片机为核心，设计一个水温控制系统装置，水温可以在一定的范围内控制，以保持温度基本不变，当温度不在设置范围内时，可以报警。本系统以AT89S51单片机为核心，主要包括传感器温度采集，A/D模/数转换，单片机控制，数码管数字显示等部分。系统设计有体积小、交互性强等优点。本系统温度显示和温度控制两个模块组成，通过模块间的通信完成水温显示、水温报警等功能，具有电路结构简单、程序简短、系统可靠性高、操作简便等特点,在今后的生活中会受欢迎。 本可以通过控制双向可控硅改变电炉和电源的接通、断开，从而改变水温加热时间的方法来实现对水温的控制，但是由于一些原因没有用到电炉和风扇而是大致显示当前水温状况然后人为去改变当前过高或者过低的温度。 关键词： 单片机 负温度系数热敏电阻 ADC0809 Abstract As modern technology usually need for monitor real-time and control of temperature, so many of the personnel pay attention to the temperature control system at home and abroad, it has been widely used. Temperature control system developed rapidly, also it achieves remarkable achievements. This design of temperature control system which use the single chip microcomputer based on single chip microcomputer .It can design a temperature control system devices and control the water temperature in a certain range, when the temperature is not in the range, the system would give an alarm signal. This system is based on the core of AT89S51, and mainly including the temperature sensor, A/D/conversion, single-chip microcomputer control and LED digital display. It can be controlled by the computer .It has a small size and strong interactivity points. The temperature display section and temperature control system are composed of two modules, through the communication between modules, it can complete water temperature display and give alarm function. With the structure of the circuit simple, processes short, high reliability and simple operation .It will become popular in our life in the future. Through controlling the bidirectional thirstier change of electric power, it can control the water temperature. However, there is no electric furnace and fan to control the water temperature in fact because of some external reasons. It only display the current situation and then let people to change the temperature when it too
