及时教学法在临床护理教学中的运用 The role of Just-in-Time teaching method played in clinical nursing teaching∕∕ Shi fang fang∕∕ (Tongxiang city health school, rehabilitation hospital, tongxiang city, zhejiang province, 314500) Abstract: Objective To study the role of Just-in-Time teaching method played in clinical nursing teaching. Method : Choose between April 2013 and March 2014 a 3 armour hospital internship in jiaxing city during the period of school of technical secondary school, college or undergraduate nursing students of 110.Divide them into two groups in a random way. One is control group, and the other research group. The traditional teaching method is adopted to instruct control group; meanwhile, the Just-in-Time teaching method combined with the traditional one is used in research group. Then compare these two groups in terms of the theory and operation assessment score, teaching satisfaction, and the ability of autonomous learning. Result the theory and operation assessment score, teaching satisfaction and the ability of autonomic learning of research group are higher than that of control group. Conclusion introducing Just-in-Time teaching method improves students’ ability of autonomous learning, promotes the communication between teachers and students, and enhances the information literacy of both teachers and students. Besides, nursing students’ practical skills, theoretical knowledge as well as their satisfaction of teaching effect are improved. Key words: Just-in-Time teaching method; clinical nursing teaching; student nurse 【摘要】 目的 探讨在信息化背景下及时教学法在临床护理带教中的应用及效果。方法 选取2013年4月至2014年3月期间在嘉兴市某三甲医院实习的中专、大专及本科护生共110例随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用传统教学方法进行带教,而研究组采用及时教学法进行带教,比较两组护生实习考核成绩、带教模式满意度、护生信息化素养、自主学习能力。结果:研究组护生出科理论与操作考核成绩高于对照组,带教满意度和自主学习能力研究组高于对照组。结论 相较于传统带教模式,引入及时教学法提高了学生自主学习的能力,加强了带教老师和学生之间的沟通交流,提升了师生的信息化素养,有助于提高护生实际操作技能与理论以及对教学效果的满意度。 【关键词】 及时教学法 护生带教 临床护理教学 随着网络技术和信息技术的发展、信息化教学的开展,对临床护理教育提出了更高的要求,临床护理带教是护理人才培养以及护理教育的重要组成部分,是实现理论知识和护理实践相结合的途径,护理实习生是护理队伍的后备力量,是我
