旅行常见疾病及防治 感冒：感冒以鼻塞、咳嗽、头痛、发热、全身不适为特征。全年均可发病。注意室内通风、勤洗手、保持身体健康是预防感冒的有效措施，进行流感疫苗接种也是不错的选择。感冒一般在一周内自愈，如果病情持续恶化，要到医院进行相应治疗，结合卧床休息，多喝温开水。 Common Cold Common cold brings nasal, cough, headache, fever and general malaise.
