Unit 1 It is known to all that there is great difference in child education between Westerners and Easterners. Easterners give greater priority to developing skills at an early age, while no comparable hurry to promote creativity. On the other hand, Westerners put more emphasis on children抯 creativity, thinking that skills can be picked up later. In fact, both learning to solve problems by oneself and teaching by holding the hand have their advantages and disadvantages.
